To register for the program, all participants will pay a mandatory non-refundable $199 registration fee. If you are able to use the online employee survey, there are no additional costs, unless you opt to purchase the Employee Feedback Report, need employee survey translations ($205 flat fee per language needed) or desire to customize. Should you need to use our paper employee survey, please see below for the fees in addition to the $199 registration fee. Please see the chart below to determine the survey selection, as well as the additional fees regarding company size and survey method. How many of your employees will be surveyed depends on the size of your company.
